By creating an account or using Work Whales, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for: • Providing accurate profile information • Maintaining the security of your account credentials • All activity that occurs under your account You must be at least 18 years old to use Work Whales.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to: • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your qualifications • Send unsolicited or spam communications through the platform • Attempt to access another user's account • Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
Platform Description
Work Whales is a platform that connects crew chiefs and producers in the TV and film production industry with freelance crew members. We facilitate introductions and hiring workflows but are not a party to any employment or contracting relationship between users.
Limitation of Liability
Work Whales is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for: • Any disputes between users • The accuracy of user-provided profile information • Loss of data beyond our reasonable control • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your profile data will be removed from the platform.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
